MOST COMMON USE: Take two scoops in 6oz of water before or with a meal containing healthy fat. Then blend with blender bottle until clumps are mixed.

  • 8 ounces vanilla fat-free yogurt
  • 2 1/2 ounces baby spinach leaves
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 4 tablespoons Appethyl®


Blend yogurt and baby spinach together in a blender until spinach is finely chopped. Add blueberries, pineapple, raspberries, Appethyl® and water; blend until smooth. Add crushed ice and blend again until smooth.

Be creative with it!

Appethyl doesn’t have a bad taste for most people it’s the smell. Try to find different food items that will mask the smell. We would suggest blending it with yogurt, oatmeal, juices, and smoothies. Just remember for best results take two scoops, and take with healthy fats. Some healthy fats include: Avocados, cheese, dark chocolate, whole eggs, fatty fish, nuts, chia seeds, extra virgin olive oil, coconut oil, coconut, and full fat yogurt.  #KeepingItZatural
