What Is Hemp Good For?

Hemp, also known as the Industrial Hemp plant, has many benefits. The leaves, stem, and flower produces an oil (often classified as CBD oil) that assists with pain, inflammation, stress, anxiety, and sleep.

This oil is generally very expensive and comes in a small glass tincture bottle. The Hemp plant seeds, also called Hemp Oil or Hemp Seed oil, are rich in omega 3, omega 6, and vitamin E.
