FAQ

CBD Questions

Q: What is CBD?

A: CBD, short for cannabidiol, is a chemical compound from the Cannabis sativa plant.

Q: What are the benefits of CBD?

A: Although there are many anecdotal and scientific studies about the incredible benefits of CBD, according to FDA regulations, those benefits cannot be discussed on Zatural.com.  Zatural has a money-back-guarantee, so if you would like to see/feel the effects of CBD for yourself or a loved one, give it a try.

Q: Can CBD get you high?

A: CBD is a naturally occurring substance that’s used in products like oils and edibles to impart a feeling of relaxation and calm. Unlike its cousin, delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), which is the major active ingredient in marijuana, CBD is not psychoactive.

Q: Is CBD Marijuana?

A: Although CBD is a cannabidiol found in the Marijuana plant, it is not the legal CBD you purchase from a reputable company online or in a store.  This CBD comes from the Hemp plant, which is a different variety of the Cannabis plant and little to no THC.

Q: Will CBD show up on a drug test?

A: If you purchase a high quality CBD product that is backed by 3rd party lab tests and take as directed on the label, you should not ever test positive for THC on a drug test.

Q: Does CBD do anything?

A: CBD oil is especially promising due to its lack of intoxicating effects and a possible lower potential for side effects.

Q: Is CBD addictive?

A: The short, simple answer is no. At the molecular level, CBD is neither addictive, nor does it produce the so-called stoned effect that THC does.

General Questions

Q: What makes Zatural different?

A: Zatural prioritizes the clean purity of primary ingredients, with NO fillers, additives, binders or lubricants. Whether you’re looking for Neem Oil, Turmeric Curcumin, or any of our natural supplements, you can expect to receive the most wholesome amount of the primary ingredient.

Q: Can I buy Zatural Products at local stores?

A: No, and for good reason. Zatural enzymes in products sitting on store shelves break down over time. Temperatures in warehouse distribution centers can exceed 100 degrees fahrenheit, cooking away the benefits. Zatural ships directly from our headquarters in Eden, Idaho to ensure they’re always fresh and effective.

Q: Are Zatural Products vegan-friendly?

A: All but one of our products are! Zatural’s CBD Soft Gel’s are not vegan friendly, but we are working on making necessary changes to make this product vegan-friendly as well.

Q: Can these products aggravate allergies or environmental sensitivities?

A: Yes. If a person is allergic to any of the ingredients, it is best to avoid the product. Always check with your doctor before taking any new supplement.

Q: Are topical Zatural products safe for sensitive skin?

A: If in question, do a test on a small patch of skin. You can also seek medical advice to make certain it is safe for your skin.

Q: Are these products tested on animals?

A: All products are ‘Cruelty free’, meaning they were not tested on animals.

Authenticity and Effectiveness

Q: What does GMP mean? Why is it important?

A: GMP stands for “Good Manufacturing Processes.” This denotes products that adhere to regulations set forth by the FDA. This is a guarantee that Zatural’s ingredients are from the source, and in the amount claimed on the label.

Zatural goes even further by conducting regular, independent third-party testing to verify our supplement formulas meet the stringent standards we use for quality and purity. Every batch of a given supplement is tested by a qualified lab for an accurate analysis of its contents. We guarantee that each of our formulas is 100% compliant with the ingredients listed on the label. This commitment to rigorous testing is a promise you can only expect from Zatural.

Q: Where are your ingredients sourced from?

A: Our ingredients are sourced from around the world. They are all FDA compliant and lab tested before they are used in our products.

Q: Are your ingredients sustainably harvested?

A: Yes.

Q: What quality control measures do you take?

A: All of our processes are completely controlled so we can ensure material, component, and product quality and safety from beginning to end. Our Manufacturer’s Quality Control department tests and verifies the identity, purity, potency, and composition of all ingredients and materials when they come in, and all finished products before they leave the manufacturer.

This includes heavy metal testing for lead, mercury, arsenic, and cadmium on every single batch. As an added safety measure, in instances where we suspect there is even the slightest possibility of contamination, we have the product tested, often by a third-party independent laboratory, for a wide variety of potential contaminants (such as residual solvents, pesticides, PCBs, gluten, citrinin, etc.), allowing Zatural to stand behind its products.
