Is CBD Legal?

IS CBD LEGAL?  While hemp-derived CBD is legal in all 50 states, 'marijuana'-derived CBD is not legal.  The government classifies hemp as any plant of the cannabis family that contains less than 0.3% THC. While some states follow the federal law, other states require CBD or Hemp products to be THC Free.  In order to comply with all state laws, Zatural Hemp and CBD products are entirely THC FREE.

CAN YOU GET ADDICTED TO CBD? CBD is unlikely addictive. It does not produce an excessive release of dopamine, thus it cannot get you high. That  euphoria associated with opioids, or the intense relaxation that nicotine causes, are not present when you use CBD products from. CBD can stay in your system 4-6 hours.

IS CBD A NARCOTIC? The 2018 Farm Bill legalized Hemp and this is the plant CBD is derived from. It is not federally classified as a narcotic.
