CBD Infused Lavender Essential Oil
Everyone knows about Lavender Essential oil, and for good reason. Lavender is well-known for its many beneficial properties, including promoting relaxation and calm, and relieving tension.
Lavender essential oil can be added to carrier oils to help reduce the appearance of wrinkles and scars. It has also been known to soothe minor cooking burns and sunburns.
For the best results, diffuse 3-4 drops per 100ml in water 30-60 minutes before bedtime to promote calm and relaxation. You may also inhale directly by taking the cap off, holding it to your nose, and taking 4-5 deep breaths.

We don’t think so, but it may be different for each person. We recommend: diffusing until you see results, applying external until you feel effects, and soaking in the tub for 20 minutes or more.
