Zatural ships directly from our headquarters in Eden, Idaho to ensure they’re always fresh and effective.

Q: Are Zatural Products vegan-friendly?

A: Absolutely! Zatural only uses vegan capsules and never uses filler from animal by-products.

Q: Can these products aggravate allergies or environmental sensitivities?

A: Yes. If a person is allergic to any of the ingredients, it is best to avoid the product. Always check with your doctor before taking any new supplement.

Q: Are topical Zatural products safe for sensitive skin?

A: Most of our Neem skin care products are created for even the most sensitive skin. If in question, do a test on a small patch of skin. You can also seek medical advice to make certain it is safe for your skin.

Q: Are these products tested on animals?

A: All products are 'Cruelty free', meaning they were not tested on animals.

A: GMP stands for “Good Manufacturing Processes.” This denotes products that adhere to regulations set forth by the FDA. This is a guarantee that Zatural's ingredients are from the source, and in the amount claimed on the label.

Zatural goes even further by conducting regular, independent third-party testing to verify our supplement formulas meet the stringent standards we use for quality and purity. Every batch of a given supplement is tested by a qualified lab for an accurate analysis of its contents. We guarantee that each of our formulas is 100% compliant with the ingredients listed on the label. This commitment to rigorous testing is a promise you can only expect from Zatural.

Q: Where are your ingredients sourced from?

A: Our ingredients are sourced from around the world. They are all FDA compliant and lab tested before they are used in our products.

Q: What quality control measures do you take?

A: All of our processes are completely controlled so we can ensure material, component, and product quality and safety from beginning to end. Our Manufacturer's Quality Control department tests and verifies the identity, purity, potency, and composition of all ingredients and materials when they come in, and all finished products before they leave the manufacturer.

This includes heavy metal testing for lead, mercury, arsenic, and cadmium on every single batch. As an added safety measure, in instances where we suspect there is even the slightest possibility of contamination, we have the product tested, often by a third-party independent laboratory, for a wide variety of potential contaminants (such as residual solvents, pesticides, PCBs, gluten, citrinin, etc.), allowing Zatural to stand behind its products.

 

Shipping & Returns

Q: What are your shipping options and costs?

A: Zatural offers free shipping within the 50 states on all products. Other options include Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express. International Shipping is also available and will be calculated during checkout.

Q: How do I make a return?

A: We value your satisfaction, and if at any time up to 30 days after purchase, we will gladly refund you 100%. Please see our Return Policy Page to complete a return form with your order number and date of order.

You may also mail the products back with a copy of your invoice, and a refund will be issued when the item is received. For mail-in returns, kindly address your package to: 1150 E 990 S Eden, Idaho US 83325

Q: Will I have to pay for shipping my return?

A: We will replace any defective or damaged items, but you will be responsible for the shipping costs of any voluntary return.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure we receive your returned item.

Q: Can some items not be returned?

A: Gift cards cannot be returned, along with any item kept longer than 30 days after delivery.

Q: Do you ship to destinations outside the United States?

A: Yes, our Zatural products ship to destinations in over 100 countries.
