FAQ About Re-ocurring Orders

How should I get started?

The best way to get started is to create an account. There are two ways to do that. One is by clicking the login button at the top right corner of your screen on Zatural.com. Once there, you can "Sign in" or "Create a new account." Once logged in, go to any product you want to subscribe to and click on the "Subscribe and Save" button. After clicking on the button, you will be able to set the frequency. Make sure you have the variation or size you want to be selected before subscribing.

When can I expect my order to ship?

When a new subscription order is placed, it will generally go out the next day. Zatural ships most orders via USPS, and those orders are generally picked up at 9 am MST M-F. We prioritize repeat subscription orders and make sure they go out the day they were ordered. As long as the repeat order occurs during normal business hours, M-F - 8 am to 5 pm.

How can I change or update my payment information?

There are two ways to change your subscription payment information. The first option is to "log in" to your Zatural customer account. Once logged into your account, click on "Manage Your Subscription." From here, you will be able to change your shipping address, payment information, products in your subscription, change frequency, manage upcoming orders, and pause or cancel your subscription. If you need help, you can call Zatural customer service, and an agent will help you. You can call us at 208-969-1282.

How much is shipping?

Zatural offers fast, free shipping on all orders placed inside the United States. For international orders, the shipping cost should be equal to the rate you first paid when signing up for your subscriptions. Shipping costs may change, depending on current shipping rates.

Do I earn rewards for my subscription orders?

Yes! You earn Zatural reward points on every purchase made at our online store. Reward points earned on orders can be redeemed for discount codes to be used on separate one-time purchases. Use those reward points to try new products or buy gifts for friends and loved ones.
