Look at Route as your insurance company that guarantees that your order makes it into your hands. Instantly report issues and receive resolutions.
Route handles issues like:
- Lost in transit
- Stolen packages
- Damaged products
- Defective products
- Receive the wrong items
- Other product issues
Route will either send a replacement right away or issue a refund if any of the above issues ever happen to you.
How do I file a claim?
To use any of Route's services, you will need to download their mobile app. Once the mobile app has been downloaded, you will need to create an account. Once your account has been created and your email has been linked to the Route app, you will be able to view your orders. Below are the steps to file a claim.
- Open up the Route app.
- Tap on the "Your Packages" button at the bottom of the screen.
- Find the order that had an issue, and tap on the three dots to the right of it.
- Tap on the tab that says "Resolve Center."
- Once in the resolve center, select the tab that relates to your situation the best.
- Once selected, you will be able to list which product from your order needs to be replaced.
- Click resolve issue, and then it will say pending review. Here you will be able to review any order that you've issued a claim for.
If you do not have a cell phone or cannot download the Route app, you can contact Zatural Customer service, and Zatural will issue the claim for you.
