Suggested Use

Internal Suggested Use: Begin with 2-3 teaspoons daily, adding more if needed (up to 2 Tbsp/Day). It can be taken pure, blended into a smoothie, used as a salad dressing, etc. It should not be used above 300º. It can be taken in the morning and/or evening.

Topical Use: Peppermint Hemp oil can be applied directly to the hair and skin. Spot allergy testing is recommended.

How to Store: Refrigerate after opening for longer storage.

Pet Use: Use 1/4-1/2 doses for our furry friends, depending on the animal's size. Safe for all mammal use.
