CBG Oil Tincture: Shake well before use. Take up to 1ml one(1) to two(2) servings daily for the best results. Place drops in your mouth and holds for 30-90 seconds before swallowing.
CBG Softgels: Take 1-2 softgels once a day when physical discomfort is noticed. CBG softgels can be taken in the morning to get you through the day or night to help with relaxation and recovery.
